Lost & Damaged Shipments

JDBS Wellness is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

Please confirm the shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Wrong or partial addresses could result in delays or lost shipments.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

No Refunds, but we can accommodate exchanges. An exchange request must be submitted in writing that includes the full reason for the exchange. This request must be within 30 days of purchase and accompanied with the receipt.  The product must not be tampered with or opened. All request can be emailed to: info@jdbswellness.com
